The Cowgirl tennis roster just got deeper.

Two time All-American Lisa Marie Rioux has officially announced her return to Oklahoma State for the 2022 spring season.

Rioux, a native of Okinawa, Japan, started her collegiate tennis career at Mississippi State before transferring to Oklahoma State for the 2017-18 season. She sat out the season as a result of the NCAA transfer rules at the time.

During her two seasons at OSU, she compiled a 17-6 overall record in singles play.

Rioux’s return to Stillwater provides great depth for the Cowgirls' tennis squad. With veterans Ayumi Miyamoto, Martina Zerulo, Alana Wolfberg and Dariya Detkovskaya already having promising fall seasons, and Oona Orpana, Sofia Rojas and Mananchaya Sawangkaew showcasing their potential, the Cowgirls could be in position to have a remarkable spring season in 2022.
