Lianna Bailey putts at Day 1 of the Cowgirl Classic at Karsten Creek on October 22, 2020 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma State women’s golf team is leaving Florida with some hardware after winning both the team and individual trophies.

Maja Stark birdied her final hole of the tournament to tie the Cowgirls with Ole Miss at 14-under, and then Lianna Bailey birdied her final hole to give the Cowgirls the lead. After an Ole Miss bogey, the Cowgirls sealed the victory at 15-under.

It is the teams first victory since Sep. 10, 2019, when the Cowgirls won their fall opener in Dallas, which was coach Greg Robertson’s first tournament at the helm.

The Cowgirls and Ole Miss were the only two teams under par for the event after separating themselves from the field in Round 3.

Stark continued her hot start to the season, notching her second individual victory of her collegiate career in the Heroes Ladies Intercollegiate.

Stark shot 15-under in the three-round event to easily win the individual crown by six stroke margin. Starks’ 54 hole score of 15-under ties an OSU school record. Stark now has two victories in six career starts.

Maddison Hinson-Tolchard was the next lowest Cowgirl. She rebounded from a challenging first tournament of the season to shoot 3-under overall and tie for sixth.

The Cowgirls head back to Stillwater for a break in the action, and return to the course on Feb. 22-23 in Houston.

The Cowgirls lineup finished the event:

Stark: 15-under, 1st

Bailey: 1-under, T-11

Han-Hsuan Yu: 7-over, T-32

Hailey Jones: 14-over, T-59

Hinson-Tolchard: 3-under, T-7
