A soccer season marred with injuries, and included two no-contests, has most likely come to an end.

The Oklahoma State Cowgirls are most likely not going to make the NCAA tournament this season, despite the Big 12 leaving something to be desired in terms of depth of good teams, with only TCU (9th) appearing in the top 25 of the NCAA’s RPI rankings.

OSU ranks 61st in the final iteration of the RPI rankings, reflecting recent play from the Cowgirls. They rank fourth in the Big 12, finding themselves below TCU, Texas and West Virginia.

This OSU team featured many people who will go down in history as all-time great Cowgirls.

Seniors Kim Rodriguez and Hannah Webb have all played what is most likely to be their final game at OSU. There is still a chance the Cowgirls sneak into the tournament, yet the odds are less than desirable.
