Jamyron Keller

Jamyron Keller, from Killeen, Texas, is OSU's second recruit in the 2023 class.

Mike Boynton is a cryptic tweeter.

When Boynton, Oklahoma State basketball coach, sent a tweet on Sunday morning of former Cowboy Cade Cunningham slamming a dunk with the caption, “Big Day!” it drew some questions.

The answer is 6-foot-1 combo guard Jamyron Keller, a 2023 recruit from Killeen, Texas. Keller is a four-star recruit on ESPN and a three-star recruit on 247Sports and Rivals.

On Sunday evening Keller committed to OSU, becoming the second player in OSU’s 2023 class. Keller joins center Brandon Garrison to form the 12th ranked class in 2023, per 247Sports.

Keller chose OSU over Texas, Kansas State, TCU and St. Louis among others. He is listed as the No. 159 recruit in the nation and No. 25 at his position.

Keller spoke to Pistols Firing Blog during his recruitment.

“The coaching staff was really transparent throughout the whole process,” Keller said. “The campus-feel, the players, the opportunity there for me, the conference — it was kind of like utopia when I went. Everything felt good and felt like I had a purpose there. So, it was a really easy decision.”
