Cowboy golf announces spring opener

Oklahoma State men’s golf team closed out its fall schedule strong with a win at the Maridoe Invitational, and now the team will be back in action for the spring slate.

The Cowboys will begin their quest for the 12th national championship in school history at the Timuquana Collegiate on Monday and Tuesday. The event is held at the Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is the first official schedule announcement for the golf team, but the team is also listed as a participant in The Prestige at PGA West, Feb. 15-17, and the Cabo Collegiate at TPC San Antonio, March 1-3.

The current schedule is this:

Jan. 25-26: Timuquana Collegiate

Feb. 15-17: The Prestige at PGA West

March 1-3: Cabo Collegiate

April 26-28: Big 12 Championships
