The Oklahoma State football team prevailed with a 37-34 bowl win over Miami. Here are the players who stood out.

First star: Spencer Sanders

Spencer Sanders had an excellent close to the 2020 season in Tuesday’s bowl victory. He had a four-touchdown performance in what proved to be his best game of the season. In a season that was riddled with inconsistency for Sanders, especially when it came to ball security. Sanders looked poised and ready to rise to the challenge as he threw for four touchdowns on 27-of-40 passing totaling 305 passing yards in what looks to be a stepping stone performance heading into next season.

Second star: Brennan Presley

Sanders may have found his next go-to target in Brennan Presley. The freshman wide receiver had six receptions, three of which went for touchdowns as he had 118 total yards receiving for an average of 19.7 yards per reception. Presley and Sanders seemed to be in sync throughout the game in a memorable performance for the wide receiver as a key contributor to the Pokes offense.

Third star: Tylan Wallace

The numbers for Wallace in Tuesday’s performance were not astounding as he finished with six receptions and 45 total reception yards after only playing the first half, but who says the star can’t be a player who for the past four seasons has personified the passion behind Oklahoma State football. Wallace finishes his career fifth all-time in program history in total yards and receptions in what was a career for the ages.
