On Friday, a court hearing was held for Aditya Udai Singh, the Oklahoma State graduate who was recently discovered living inside the security zone of the Chicago O’Hare airport.

Singh was charged with the impersonation of an airport employee, and theft of less than $500 after residing undetected within the airport for three months

Singh’s attorney, Lindsey Anderson, explained that the pair’s original plan was to request a motion to review Singh’s bond, but they instead decided to request an indictment date.

The date is set for March 2, 2021, at 9 a.m.
