After scoring a pair of goals during the weekend, Oklahoma State soccer midfielder Grace Yochum was named Big 12 Co-Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
Baylor's Giuliana Cunningham shared the title with Yochum.
Yochum's two goals brought her season total to three, the third most on the Cowgirls' roster.
In No. 20 OSU's match against Creighton, Yochum broke the deadlock in the 27th minute with a header from sophomore defender Kim Rodriguez. The Cowgirls won 2-0 against the Bluejays.
Against the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Yochum scored the game-winning goal for OSU (8-0-1) in the 76th minute. Rodriguez once against assisted on Yochum's goal, giving the Cowgirls the 2-1 victory against UMKC.
OSU will begin Big 12 play at Kansas State on Friday and will face Kansas on Sunday.
