For the first time since 2015, the Oklahoma State baseball team will host an NCAA regional.
Unfortunately, the regional will not be held at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium, the Cowboys' home field.
Due to the amount of rain that has plagued Stillwater over the past week, the regional will be played at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City.
Bricktown served as the sight for the 2019 Big 12 baseball championship, which the Cowboys won on Sunday.
Harvard, Nebraska and Connecticut will join OSU as members of the Oklahoma City regional.
The Cowboys grabbed the No. 9 seed nationally. Big 12 rivals Texas Tech were placed at No. 8. If both teams win their respective regionals, the two will face in the Super Regionals.
The Oklahoma City regional will commence on Friday.
