Sophomore forward Le’Bryan Nash is returning to Oklahoma State for his junior season, a source told Jeff Goodman of CBSSports.com.
Nash has not made an official announcement, and OSU has not confirmed the report.
Nash averaged 14 points and four rebounds for the Cowboys this season and earned a selection to the All-Big 12 Third Team.
Nash came to OSU two years ago with hype of being a one-and-done player, but battles with inconsistency led to a huge drop in Nash’s NBA draft stock.
Still, the 6-foot-7 Nash possesses a rare physical skill set and has shown glimpses of major talent. Nbadraft.net currently projects Nash as the No. 40 overall pick in the 2014 class.
Nash is joined as an NBA prospect by teammates Marcus Smart and Markel Brown. Neither player has officially announced his decision.
The official NCAA deadline to enter the NBA Draft is April 16.
