One of the Oklahoma State football team's young running backs is looking at transfer options.
Jahmyl Jeter, a redshirt freshman from San Antonio, Texas, has entered the NCAA transfer portal. Robert Allen of GoPokes.com reported the news, and coach Mike Gundy confirmed it Tuesday after practice.
"It's like the NFL," Gundy said. "If you don't like it, just ask to be traded. But he's practicing and doing all that, but he wants to get in the portal and see who wants to re-recruit him."
Although Jeter is relatively inexperienced in games as a Cowboy, he appeared in the Liberty Bowl during the past season and has played in three games this season. He had 11 rushing attempts for 34 yards in a victory against McNeese.
