The Oklahoma State football team will no longer have its highest-ranked 2019 signee, according to multiple reports Monday morning.
Grayson Boomer, a cowboy back from Collinsville, is in the transfer portal, ESPN's Adam Rittenberg said in a tweet.
#OklahomaState TE Grayson Boomer, an ESPN 300 prospect in the 2019 class, is in the transfer portal. He suffered a preseason knee injury and didn't play for the Cowboys.— Adam Rittenberg (@ESPNRittenberg) December 2, 2019
Boomer has not played in a game for the Cowboys. Because he tore his ACL during fall camp, he redshirted this year.
Boomer was the earliest commit in OSU's 2019 class.
