Five Oklahoma State University students now face drug charges after Stillwater police officers executed a search warrant at a residence on the 500 block of South West Street.

Oluseyi Ayinde, 22, was arrested Friday on complaints of felony possession of controlled drugs within 2,000 feet of a childcare facility and possession of drug paraphernalia, Stillwater Police Capt. Randy Dickerson said Tuesday.

"(Ayinde) was found with five grams of marijuana, 25 pieces of marijuana candy and several ecstasy capsules," Dickerson said. "He was set up to manufacture marijuana candy. We investigated the suspect, which led to the issuance of a search warrant. Four others were arrested at or around the residence during the time of the search."

Kyle Addleman and Ryan Stout, both 20, were arrested on complaints of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, Dickerson said. Dillon Smith, 21, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Brandi Owens, 20, arrived while police officers were at the scene and was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, according to the initial filing.

Ayinde was charged in Payne County on Tuesday with intending to distribute the drugs within 2,000 feet of St. Francis Montessori Preschool, which is located on the 600 block of South West Street, according to court records. He posted a $5,000 surety bond Saturday.

The Payne County District Attorney's Office did not file charges against Addleman, Stout and Smith. However, they were issued city tickets and transported to the Stillwater Municipal Jail, Dickerson said.

Owens was charged in Payne County on Monday with possession of marijuana. She was released from jail on a personal recognizance bond, according to court records. The other suspects have been released from Stillwater Municipal Jail and will appear in municipal court, an officer said Tuesday.

Owens will appear in court Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. for her arraignment. Ayinde will appear in court March 5 at 10 a.m. on the preliminary hearing docket.
