Pat Noyes, born July 11, 1973, in Elmira, N.Y.
Noyes was in his second year of service as the Cowboys’ administrative assistant. Noyes had previously served on OSU’s manager staff for five years, three of them as head manager.
While on the Big Eight Tour in Taiwan in 1995, Noyes earned the nickname “snake” by drinking a regional drink made out of snake blood.
Noyes graduated from Mount St. Mary High School in Oklahoma City before attending Oklahoma State, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education in 1998.
