Hargis: Recycling and sustainability

Mr. Hargis, as you may or may not be aware, OSU recently received a very poor grade for sustainability. What are your thoughts on a recycle program that has campuswide recycling for items such as plastics, all papers and aluminum cans? Do you support this idea?
